Summary: We’ve overhauled the Inbox in the TrustEngine App to help you focus on what matters most: borrowers ready to act now and those who need expert coaching. What's New: * Opportunity Cards: Borrower name, opportunity type, trigger date, and status (indicated by colored border) Color-coded opportunity icons for quick action Immediate Opportunities (Purple Lightning Bolt): Time-sensitive borrower actions that require your urgent attention. Coaching Opportunities (Blue Bullhorn): Borrowers with qualifying benefits who may need advice and guidance. * Inbox Prioritization: Switch between Priority View (default) and Date View to match your workflow. Priority View (default) is designed to help you take action on the most important items first. Opportunities are sorted by urgency and type: 1. Unread Immediate Opportunities 2. Reminders 3. Unread Coaching Opportunities 4. Read Immediate Opportunities 5. Read Coaching Opportunities Use this view when your goal is to maximize impact and stay focused on high-conversion borrowers. Date View organizes your inbox chronologically (most recent first), while still respecting the same opportunity priority within each day. For example, if three opportunities were triggered today, Immediate ones will appear first, followed by Coaching. Use this view when your workflow is time-based—for example, if you want to review what came in today, follow up on yesterday’s actions, or work backward through the week. You can toggle between these views at any time to fit how you like to work—whether that’s opportunity-first or time-first. * Opportunity Actions Use the three dots (•••) or swipe left on each card to archive or set a reminder. Reminders will reappear in your inbox on the date you selected. * Search: You can search by the following opportunity fields Name of borrower (First and or Last) Borrower Email or Phone Number Opportunity name Search results will not show reminders * Sort Options: Switch between Priority view (default) and Date view for different workflows.

New Opportunity Detail Page - Summary: surfaces the most important information about the opportunity and next steps. - See information from your records and public records - Displays your record fields and when available, data from public records. - Property Info - When available, the TrustEngine app will display key information about the property. - Personal Info - When available the TrustEngine app will provide you with information about the borrower.

Adds the ability to archive Opportunities, removing them from your Priority and Date views. Dynamically displays or disables the email, text and phone outreach buttons for each Opportunity based on available contact information. Resolves an intermittent issue that sent “62” to the dialer when attempting to call a borrower from the App.

The latest version of the TrustEngine App, version 1.1.0: -Allows you to set Opportunity reminders to streamline Opportunity follow-up, with push reminders to notify you when a reminder is due. -Sends Opportunities to the app more frequently to ensure timely follow-up. -Resolves formatting errors in text and email scripts. -Corrects Priority sort of Opportunities to more accurately reflect urgency and propensity to convert. -Adds functionality to push new versions of the app to your device, making it easy to stay current.

Experience Better Readability Across Devices In this release, updates to text styles and spacing improve readability, creating a more consistent experience across screen sizes. See Opportunity Detail Faster You may have noticed a small delay when clicking on a specific Opportunity on the Opportunity Dashboard to see the corresponding Opportunity Detail screen. Version 1.0.9 improves responsiveness, loading the detail much more quickly.

During Login, the onscreen keyboard will no longer cover the username text box and Continue button that occurred on some devices. Numerous fixes around error handling and ensuring users are properly logged out when security tokens expire.

Onboarding Screens A user will no longer see the "Onboarding" screens every time they log into the TrustEngine App. You will now only see this introductory experience when logging in from a new device or reinstalling the app. To proactively view the Onboarding screens, click the Play Onboarding link on the About Us/FAQ screen. Viewing the App on an iPad Users who view the TrustEngine App on iPads may rotate the screen into landscape mode. The app will re-format as expected, adapting to the new orientation.
