Tsukemono is a timer and journal for homemade pickles and ferments, inspired by Japanese tsukemono. KEY FEATURES Start in seconds Choose an ingredient and a pickling method. Tsukemono suggests a time based on the ingredient, the method and where you keep it (fridge or room temperature). Cucumber, eggplant, daikon, carrot and other staples are built in. Status at a glance Every jar is color-coded as Pickling, Almost ready, Ready or Over-pickled, so you always know what to take out first. Alerts before it's too late Get notified when a pickle is ready, and again if it has been left in too long. Set quiet hours so nothing buzzes in the middle of the night. Pickling journal When you take something out, rate it and note how salty and sour it was. Look back through your history to repeat a great batch, and filter by method, storage or rating. Learns your taste Tsukemono learns the times you prefer and suggests them next time. The more you use it, the closer it gets to your taste.
