I foolishly paid for premium so that I could use it for a viola - no response other than a text "tune down/tune up" which, when done, did not result in a new reading. Needle immobile. microphone allowed in initial setting.

Same problem as the others. If you want people to buy the upgrades then the basic needs to do the basics.
