It did work when I first got it a couple of years ago. I know a lot has changed, with the move to Apple Music and all. I’m an iTunes Match user, and now have duplicates galore in my Library. Trying to open it it just reports “an error has occurred.” It’s not a helpful error.

The first thing it asks is permission to access all files in home folder, which doesn't make sense to me and I could not give access to that. I would appreciate if they allow to select custom folder to access and do it's job there. I had to uninstall this app since I could not use it. I gave 3 star becase I do not want to reduct the rating for the app for no reason.

iTunes updating and won’t open

Still using High Sierra. Got error message that iTunes was updating and the app wouldn’t open. Used this tool and library tools and removed junk. iTunes is working. Yes, I know, old mac, old software, new problems. But hey, I love my mac!
