Turnfall is a Sokoban -- the classic box-pushing puzzle -- with one new move: turn the whole level and let gravity push for you.
You are a remote dispatcher for a freight hub the size of a city, suspended in open space. Each bay is a small cargo module with containers that have to reach their ports. Your maintenance unit cannot lift, cannot climb and cannot pull. What it can do is turn the entire bay a quarter turn -- and gravity does the rest. Walls become decks. The ceiling becomes the floor. A box that was out of reach is suddenly at your feet.
Move, push, turn the bay, watch the freight fall, and close the manifest.
SOKOBAN, TURNED ON ITS SIDE
If you know box-pushing puzzles, you know the first bays: walk, push, park every crate on its target. Then the bays start to rotate, and every rule you trusted -- corners are dead, a box against a wall is stuck -- is only true until you turn.
FIFTY-FOUR BAYS, EIGHT SEGMENTS
Every bay is proved solvable, and every bay that turns is proved impossible without turning. Nothing is padding: each one teaches a rule, or asks you to combine two you already know.
FREIGHT WITH A MIND OF ITS OWN
Ordinary containers fall. Ballast is too dense to push and only moves when the bay does. Buoyant freight falls upward. Cryo containers slide until something stops them. Rolling containers will not wait on a ledge. Magnetic freight clamps to coupling walls and stays there when the bay turns. Detectors power doors and bridges; some circuits need every detector held at once.
A CALM GAME
No timers, no lives, no failure screen. Step over an edge and the last safe state is one tap away. Undo is always there. Turn the bay as many times as you like, or as many times as the bay allows -- some ration their turns, and those are the ones worth thinking about.
MADE FOR ONE THUMB
Tap to walk. Hold a key to tilt the bay and let go to turn it. Swipe to look at it from the next side. Everything you need is under one hand, and there is a left-handed layout.
ACCESSIBLE BY DESIGN
Larger text, reduced motion, high-contrast markers, a shapes-and-symbols mode so colour never carries information alone, and a field manual in every bay that names what is in it and what it does.
