Channel selection feature

Being able to select only the channels you want see is a great feature, so you don’t have to scroll through all the cable channels you don’t get.
There are two problems... One is that you can’t swipe through a channel’s listings for the whole day and night, just a few hours, and sometimes even that ability freezes up. Two is that it is very difficult to see the channel numbers and some of their logos because they are grey on grey, please make them black. Actually, a choice for a black background would be good.

Great when it doesn’t freeze

I have this app on an iPad. It’s laid out in manner that’s easy to read. I can fine tune it for the channels that I’m interested in. I can read the content for each show. I can mark my favorites so I’m alerted when they are scheduled. But what’s driving me crazy is that I cannot slide the screen sideways to view the entire selection for that range request. I have tried moving to favorites or channels and back again, and sometimes this works. But like today, sometimes it Doesn’t. So I know what’s coming on at 6pm ( when I Don’t watch tv) but I have no clue what’s coming on later in the evening when I normally view the idiot box. 🙁 I have even deleted this app and reinstalled in an effort to correct this. That wasn’t a fix. I have deleted this app in frustration and searched for another app but couldn’t find anything else that I liked as well. So here I am with my favorite tv app that may or may not show me if anything worthwhile is lighting up the screen tonight. Life is so much more than a tv box but isn’t it nice when the small things can bring us joy?!

The best I’ve used for OTA programming

It’s been hard to find a guide that’s been accurate, streamlined, customizable, and easy to use for cord cutters. It lets me save favorite shows and sends alerts before those shows start. It lets me hide the channels I don’t watch. It lets me look up shows a week in advance. Before I found this app, I was using 2 different apps to get what I wanted. This one combines all the things I liked about each of those plus adds some more and doesn’t crash like they did. I don’t know if this is useful for those with cable, but if you only have an antenna, give this app a try.
