Receive trips, navigate to pickups, track live, and stay connected with your dispatch team — the official driver app for TXA transport operations. TXA Driver is the official driver companion app for the TXA transport management system, built for professional drivers handling passenger pickups and event transport operations. Receive job assignments, navigate to pickups with live turn-by-turn guidance, keep passengers informed with real-time tracking, and stay connected with your dispatch team — all in one app. FEATURES • Job assignments — get notified the moment a trip is assigned, with pickup, destination, passenger and schedule details. • Turn-by-turn navigation — built-in voice-guided navigation with live route and traffic-aware ETA. • Real-time GPS tracking — dispatch and passengers see your live location and estimated arrival. • Simple trip flow — accept, start, pick up and complete each trip with a tap. • In-app chat & video call — reach your dispatch admin without leaving the app. • SOS emergency alert — one tap to alert your team in an emergency. • Vehicle handover — photo-document vehicle condition at handover. • Bilingual — full English and Bahasa Melayu interface and voice guidance. TXA Driver requires an account provided by your transport operator. There is no public sign-up — driver accounts are created and managed by your dispatch administrator. Background location is used only while you are on an active trip, so that dispatch and passengers can see your position and ETA in real time. Location is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties.
