Type0: All-day AI voice memo
AI notes & keyboard, no typing
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Record all day on Apple Watch and iPhone, auto take notes, create todos. Then dictate into any app with the AI voice keyboard: no pop-ups, no Live Activity. Also on Mac.
Type0 is an all-day voice recorder for Apple Watch and iPhone. Press record and get on with your day. Type0 keeps your ideas, meetings and voice notes, and turns them into text, short summaries and to-dos you can find later. Add the Type0 keyboard and you can dictate into any app, too.
RECORD ANYWHERE
• One tap on your Apple Watch or iPhone starts recording. Pause and resume whenever you like.
• Keeps recording with the screen locked or while you use other apps, and always shows that it is recording.
• Apple Watch records on its own, without your iPhone nearby, and hands everything over when they are back together.
• Mark the moments that matter with one tap.
• Works offline: recording and playback never need a connection.
FIND IT LATER
• Searchable transcripts, with the time every line was said.
• Each half hour becomes a short summary with to-dos, linked back to your own words.
• See the to-dos due on any day, and swipe through the weeks ahead.
DICTATE IN ANY APP
• Switch to the Type0 keyboard in WhatsApp, Messages, Notes or any other app, tap to speak, and your words are typed in. Optional Polish tidies the wording.
• Dictation is transcribed in the cloud, by Type0's servers and the speech-recognition service described below.
• The keyboard needs Full Access only to pass your dictation between the keyboard and the Type0 app. It doesn't record what you type.
CLOUD OR ON-DEVICE: YOUR CHOICE
• Cloud: after you agree, audio and text go over an encrypted connection to Type0's servers, a third-party speech-recognition service, and AI models from OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Anthropic or DeepSeek, for transcripts and summaries that handle mixed languages. Their text is kept in your account, so it comes back on a new iPhone.
• On-device: download speech and notes models in Settings, and recordings, transcripts and notes stay on your iPhone.
• Change your choice at any time in Settings. Delete any recording, remove the audio and keep the text, or delete your account.
PLANS
Type0 is free to download and use. Recording, playback and on-device transcription are unlimited on every plan; plans set how many hours of cloud transcription you get each month.
• Free: 2 hours (120 minutes) a month.
• Basic: 30 hours a month.
• Pro: 70 hours a month.
• Golden: 160 hours a month.
• Basic, Pro and Golden are auto-renewing subscriptions, monthly or yearly (a year costs the same as 10 months). Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy, and vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
• Invite friends: each friend who joins with your code gives you both 120 extra cloud minutes, kept until you use them.
• Out of cloud minutes? Upgrade, switch to on-device transcription, or wait for the monthly reset.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
To-do reminders: Type0 now reminds you before a to-do with a time is due, and can send a morning summary of today's to-dos at 8:00 AM. Reminders use iOS local notifications, scheduled on your iPhone, so they arrive on time even offline and nothing is sent from a server. Choose when to be reminded, or turn the morning summary off, in Settings > Reminder Settings.
