Used the app for 3 times already, did not make me disappointed! Map is precise enough to call taxi, did not see any app crash or error. Well done team!
Trouble with app

This app is the only taxi app I was able to find for my travels to Mongolia. App setup went smoothly, I was able to hail at the airport and get to my hotel. I paid the driver in cash after seeing the bill. This is where the trouble began. The trip was never marked final/paid so the driver has made a request to be paid by credit in the app. This has completely locked out my ability to do anything in the app - including logout and hail a new ride. I have messaged via Instagram since I cannot use the basic service and it has not been resolved yet. When I asked the hotel to call me a cab that driver tried something similar with the employees account. Moral of the story, load a card so you can pay with the app and always make sure the trip is completed before the driver leaves. There is a helpful green field that appears at the top when to indicate that the trip has been completed. The technology is pretty good, but the customer experience when something goes wrong is pretty challenging.

I haven’t yet received the verification text message to a US number nor a Mongolian number. Friend was able to use an American number to use the app. Be aware that payment is now possible through the app. If you pay cash, make sure the driver marks it in his app and that your app shows that payment was made before getting out of the vehicle. Drivers may not mark the fare as paid and you won’t be able to call another cab without paying again. It seems like a common scam by drivers.

Way too expensive. 2 km ride being 10k MNT is just insane. And it doesnt even matter whether its rush hour or not. This is not dynamic pricing, it just a bad value. Seeing the CEO make baffling comments about economics and government is just embarassing. How about focusing on delivering a quality, affordable product thats actually feasible for customers before all the nonsense about everything else? If people cant justify using the service for short and everyday trips, the product is already failed.
