Dear Uber Support, Please Fix this Bug!!
A month ago, you updated the app with a new cancellation menu/system. It crashes when you use it. If a rider isn’t there, the cancel menu is now hard to navigate, and when you select to cancel a ride the app 💭 it makes a loading screen and crashes. You then have to close and reopen the app and cancel the rider again for it to work. This has been okay to use, but there is a worse problem on Pool rides. When you have 2 or 3 people waiting to be picked up at 1 spot, sometimes you have to cancel (1) person. This new menu system is terrible for that. You have to make it easier to cancel (1) rider on a pool trip picking up multiple people. This crashes my app several times. I have redownloaded the app too. I use IPhoneX. When you pickup multiple people on Pool, if you try to cancel (1) person it crashes, you have to close and reopen the app, then, it cancels the wrong person!!! This has happened twice. When you drive off with people in your car, you specially select the right people in your car, and the app crashes and cancelled the people in your car. Please revisit this cancel menu system to check that it works correctly. Thank you! 👍⭐️🚙👏 Thank you so much for your hard work! Greetings: I have been using the updated system of the app for four days. It really works flawless and I love it. There is only one detail that happened to me two days ago, twice. I put the destination mode en route to my house twice and I received a trip that is supposed to be on my route but it made me turn six miles and nine minutes in time in the opposite direction to pick up the rider, and leave it eight miles in it address where I was at the time of the call. Besides, the GPS sent me on the highway paying two tolls, otherwise it would have been more time and distance. Actually I did not make the trip sense because I ended up almost in the same place where I was when receiving the call and paid .34c for the long distance of pick up. Paying tolls for pick up is not a problem because I know you do not pay it. After that trip, I received another call also in destination mode and it was twelve miles away also in the opposite direction to where I was going but this call I rejected. This never happened to me with the previous version, it was always for a pick up close and drop off near my destination or truly on the way to this. Also and very important, the system leaves the destination mode automatically after each trip. I have to put it again. Finally, the new alert sound for travel is very nice but very low volume. Thanks for your attention. PD: last night happened again.

I love doing Ubereats. You can do this on your own time so that means you are your own boss. What I don’t like about it is they rate you on the food delivery which in my opinion is not fair because customers think that we have a set time to drop off their food which hurts us in the long run. Majority of the time, especially busy hours the restaurants takes FOREVER to prepare the food and on top of that during the peak hours there is a lot of traffic and I don’t think the customer realizes that. They want you to fly to them ASAP (be serious 🤨) I think they should get rid of the whole scoring system like postmates did because if your score drops too low they cancel your account. You can be doing everything right, calling the customer to let them know the restaurant is still preparing their food, just going all out and at the end of all that they still leave a bad review cause it wasn’t fast enough for them. Ugh.... just get rid of the whole scoring system, if they don’t like the experience they can move on to another delivery company. Stop being a pain it’s a lot of stuff that we do just to make sure you get your food and you’re satisfied and that includes driving 15 minutes to pick your food up, waiting 45 mins for it to actually finish, and then another 10 mins to bring it to you.
