If you’re debating whether the Ultrahuman Ring is worth it, let me just say: I wish I had this thing years ago.Before the ring, my health was in steady decline (we’ll leave the details off the record), and I was stuck in a cycle of fatigue, poor sleep, and zero motivation. Since using the Ultrahuman Ring, I’ve dropped 15 pounds, I’m sleeping better than I have in years, and I wake up with actual energy, not just caffeine and wishful thinking.What sets this apart from you-know-who (yes, I tried that one too) is the full ecosystem. The Ultrahuman app is a beast, packed with over 1,000 hours of content in the digital library, including workouts, breathwork, meditations, and biohacks that have helped me build real habits, not just track data.Sleep tracking? Phenomenal. It didn’t just tell me when I was sleeping poorly, it showed me why, and gave me practical, science backed advice to fix it. My circadian rhythm is finally back on its groove.But here’s the kicker: the customer support. Unreal. I’ve never had a question go unanswered. They’ve been fast, helpful, and even a little human (a rare thing in tech these days).Bottom line? This isn’t just a fitness tracker, it’s a daily accountability partner that’s helped me take control of my health. I’ve even been able to reduce some of my meds (that’s how real the changes have been).This isn’t a toy or a trend. It’s a tool and one I now refuse to live without.

So disappointed….i absolutely love the ultra human ring and technology and being able to see all of the data. However, I purchased my first ring in March this year (2025) it’s now Sept (2025). In the short 6 months, I have gone through 3 rings and not one has functioned properly. The first ring was great for a short while then the battery started dying within a day. I worked with support back then and they were amazing! They helped me troubleshoot and when the battery still drained, immediately put in a replacement order. The 2nd ring showed up worked great for about 3 months then suddenly wouldn’t connect to my phone or app. Support this time was very difficult to work with (honestly seems more like a bot whereas the first time definitely felt like I was talking to a person) and it took me about 9 days on constantly trying to work with them before they ultimately replaced the ring. Then this last one I got now has the same battery drain issue (it’s even set on chill mode). 11am was fully charged. At 6:30pm same day it’s already dead. I have done soft and factory resets, updated the app (several times) self troubleshoot, updated firmware, etc and it dies within 8 hours. So sad because I love what they monitor and I think the app is beautifully designed and the tech is amazing, ring outer is beautiful but i have yet to have a ring work for more than a couple months without having major issues that make it unusable. :(

I’ve had my ring for 6 months now. After about 2 weeks of owning it, the battery life dropped to only 3-ish days. While their website told me 6 days for battery life, their help page says 4-6, and then their customer support only “helped” by pushing updates to my ring. After the first update, it felt like my data was no longer as accurate (compared to my Apple Watch). I kept reaching out to Customer Support but usually would wait several hours for a response via chat (I didn’t pay for the extra service/coverage for the ring), and then each time Support would push another update to my ring that didn’t seem to fix anything. Now, 6 months in, my ring doesn’t even last 48 hours without needing a charge and the charge time is very slow. The app gives me the option to change my mode to conserve battery, which would reduce the data it tracks. Since I bought the ring for the data I’ve chosen to not reduce the load to save battery. The insights are interesting but I wish there was a way to export the data into a report to see it in a PDF over a longer period of time. I still wear the ring for now but am saving up for an Aura ring instead.

UPDATE: Lowered my score from 3 to 2. The app just got a design refresh and honestly it makes me think Ultrahuman doesn’t understand the complaints about the app at all. All they did was make the design a bit glowy. Everything is still exactly where it was, still just plopped everything, the app still hitches when scrolling. Notification frequency controls were added but simply do not work. The actual hardware remains great but this is a review of the app specifically. ORIGINAL: I haven’t had the Ring Air but for a couple weeks and generally I really like it. That said, the app is kind of a mess. Everything is jammed under one tab, even features that have their own dedicated tab like social features that I don’t and won’t be using. It’s hard finding the data you want when you want it as a result. The app stutters consistently when I scroll and yeah, it’s just a mess to look at. But still, I have no intention of switching. Ultrahuman makes your data actionable in a way nobody else does with solid recommendations throughout the day. I wish they’d revamp the app (again, apparently) but otherwise I’m very happy.
