Shrink an image or PDF to fit a target. Combine PDFs in your chosen order. Work stays on your iPhone—no account, ads or subscription. Make an image or PDF fit the job—without uploading it anywhere. UnderLimit is a focused, private file utility for the moments when a form, portal, email, message or document workflow rejects a file as too large—or when several PDFs need to become one. IMAGES 1. Select one JPEG, HEIC or PNG from Photos or Files. 2. Enter a maximum from 10 KB to 100 MB, using decimal KB or MB. 3. Compress, then save the verified JPEG to Photos or share it to another destination. UnderLimit measures the finished JPEG on disk before it says the result is under your limit. Your original image is never modified. PDFS Make a PDF smaller by creating a new flattened visual copy. UnderLimit shows this consequence before compression: searchable text, links, forms and annotations are removed from the flattened copy. The original PDF remains unchanged. Combine 2–10 PDFs in the order you choose. UnderLimit verifies the result before export and preserves supported page content and HTTP or HTTPS links. PDFs with encrypted, signed or unsupported interactive structures are rejected rather than copied silently. A combined batch is limited to 50 pages and 100 MB of source data. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Image and PDF processing happens on your iPhone. UnderLimit has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud processing, AI service or third-party SDK. It does not collect your photos, files, usage or diagnostics. UnderLimit uses app-private temporary working copies and cleans them when the session ends. Launch cleanup removes abandoned session files. You decide when and where to export a finished JPEG or PDF. CURRENT VERSION UnderLimit 1.2 handles one still image at a time, plus single-PDF shrinking and multi-PDF combining. Video, batch image compression, history and cloud sync are not included. One honest purchase. No subscription and no usage quota.
