I wish I hadn’t updated

The version before this brought my straight to my accounts and I could easily scroll through (full screen) and see my transactions, and now the app is extremely unintuitive and while it provides more possibilities it is extremely slow. The menu button on top should be on the other side of the screen and the messages button is kind of useless.

Anony: Thanks for taking the time to comment, but we're sorry to hear what we missed your expectations. Have you tried the Service Center > Theme Switcher? It gives another view that you might prefer. And we have the new "Manage My Cards" function that lets you block your debit card, set limits and more. Thanks again! Bank wasted it’s money

I hate the new update. It’s slow, clunky, not user friendly and has some big bugs.

The touchID feature doesn’t always load when the app does. You can see your phone enrolled in touchID and it still won’t load.

Want to adjust your view? Go to the menu and it’s blank. Same exact thing as the mobile webpage but no way to adjust the tiles.

Tried to turn on push notifications and it caused the app to crash.

After all of these issues and the app crashing, I now have to enter all of info manually and answer additional security questions. Occasionally I still get access denied message but can go on safari enter the same info and get into my account.

Over the last two months this app has been absolutely frustrating. I seriously question the decision making that went into this update.

*TouchID: Once this glitch happens where touchID doesn’t load I have to wait hours for it to come back. Example I used touchID to access the app at 8:30 looking to setup a xfer, opened the app at 8:45 because I was interrupted, now touchID doesn’t load, try the app again in 15 min, still not there. Wait until 5pm and it might be back. Now even that hasn’t worked in a couple days.

Mobile deposit

I recently opened an account with UniBank. Their customer service is amazing. I downloaded this app in hopes to be able to deposit my paychecks. On the home screen of my app there is no “mobile deposit” or “manage my money” button. I called the service rep and she said that I may have to wait 30 days to be able to use the mobile deposit feature. I found this incredible annoying, frustrating, and confusing. I opened my account, checking and savings, and signed up for mobile banking. Why should I have to wait 30 days to use the features that I specifically opened an account for?

You should now be able to deposit checks in the app. The 30 day delay is related to preventing fraud, as scammers will often try to deposit fake checks to new accounts.
