No Face ID Option

I just upgraded my iPhone X to the iPhone 11 Pro Max and switched all my apps over but USB is telling me to use Touch ID but I need to be able to use Face ID. I can’t even get the option in settings in the app. How can this be fixed?

Just ok

I have waited a few months since the big USB online and Mobile banking makeover went into effect to give myself time to get used to it. It functions, but there are some added aggravations. E.g.: if you want to do a mobile deposit, you have to log in twice. Also, the mobile deposit camera is upside down on the iPhone — making it a challenge to keep your finger off of the lens when you’re snapping the picture. If you deposit more than one check, you have to unnecessarily “continue” through the first two steps. But - it works.

No Face ID Quick Access Option on iPhone 11

***UPDATE - this issue has been corrected with the latest update. The app works great now!***
I recently upgraded my iPhone from the 8+ to the 11. The only Quick Access options available are Passcode and Touch ID. No option for Face ID. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no luck. Is there any support to troubleshoot and fix this issue?
