I have been trying to login to my account but it’s saying something went wrong i should try again and when I do try again it will say that my server isn’t working meanwhile I receive messages from my other apps i don’t just understand cause I have business to do

What in God’s name is the meaning of this nonsense that has been going on with my account?, just like that money goes missing, I’ll withdraw money and be debited but doesn’t go through and till today none of these withdrawals has been reversed. And to make it worse , your bank has debited 1,000 x3 out of my account and it says failed the first time so where then is my money going to?.. there’s no difference with a thief having access to my account. I have been very patient with you people but this is it. Please your bank have failed to reverse my money in 3 different occasions now, first was 7k, 2k, 1k and another this noon making 11,000 naira and still haven’t been reversed because I’ve not gone to your bank to beg for money i deposited into my account. Which means if I don’t come you you’ll reap my money off just like that and you call your bank a reliable bank. Sorry to say this but your bank and a thief is no much difference because I’m not the only one complaining here in my household (even after going to your so called bank), how can you people be so comfortable taking other people’s money. Please I beg you people should reverse all that you’ve taken from my account!!

If am to rate your app three weeks ago. I will rate it 5 star sadly I can’t do that now. I just found out that Biometric login doesn't work on the new iPhone 13pro Max or maybe I should say the new iOS 16 as it's showing Biometric login deactivated and even if you try to turn it on from the Union bank, the app would shut down automatically. Please check Cause that the only safe way I can log into my account I won’t be able to press my password in front of everyone all the time it’s doesn’t make any sense also App seems ok but I'm unable to purchase airtime, just airtime, been experiencing this for more than 3 months, at first sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't but for the past couple months, it stopped working, and when I try purchasing airtime with the app it says I should use ussd, and whenever ussd doesn't work, which it doesn't sometimes, l'm unable to purchase airtime I hope you get this and try fixing it, please fix all this problem especially the biometric cause that’s the only way I will keep my money with you 🙏
