Unix Time UTC is a clock for developers showing the current time on device from the Unix epoch (1970-01-01 00:00:00 UTC). The bonus is that you also get the UTC time, the current network time UTC and your device time in the detected timezone. It will calculate the time drift for your device too. So, if you ever suspected that your clock is off, this will tell you how far.
