Unlock Delay puts a short pause between you and the apps you open on autopilot.
Pick the apps that eat your time. When you open one, you'll see a pause screen instead. Start the wait (1 to 5 minutes, your choice), and when it's done, only that app unlocks. Open a different app and the first one locks again.
• You choose which apps to delay. Everything else works normally
• Only the app you waited for unlocks
• Making it less strict takes 5 minutes to kick in, so you can't switch it off on impulse
• Optional notification when your wait is over
• No accounts, no tracking, no data leaves your phone
