From the instant I downloaded Uplift, I was struck by how user-friendly the interface is! The app provides valuable tips and recommendations for improving my vertical jump. In the long run, this will help me jump higher with proper form which will reduce the risk of injury. I’m excited to set new goals using this app!

I’ve been waiting for a single camera system to be developed that could assess movement. I’ve enjoyed using this app with my athletes from Day 1. I love the direction this company is headed in and look forward to more assessment options in the near future.

Wow. With the focus on programs like improving jump height and explosiveness, the app is a game changer for me. The programs are super well laid out and the analysis seems very accurate. Requires very little set up time, which makes it extra convenient. Excited about using it every day.

LOVE this app. It’s extremely user-friendly, and for all ages/types. Wether you’re a D1 athlete looking to increase your athleticism, or a 60 year old trying to stay healthy, this app is so helpful. (I also love knowing i jump higher than my friends.)
