What's nice about UpNotch is the vast database of mentors representing years of valuable experience in all industries. As an HR professional I appreciate being able to receive mentorship from leaders in Human Resources and other positions I work closely with in an organization, such as CEO and CFO types. The platform also offers communities of interest (ex. Women in Human Resources) to support mentors and mentees connect and develop throughout the mentorship journey.
