Fix bugs

I love the battles, Only thing I have a problem with is that it kicks me all the way off the app back to my Home Screen and I gotta click the app again and start watching the battle all over again, And also some times the battles don’t load all the way and it starts skipping so I have to exit the battle and click it again for it to play Al the way through regular, These bugs are a problem that need to be fixed other then that I love the content you get 3 stars from Me just off that it would be a 5 if the glitches weren’t there

Good content, horrible app experience.

Supporting battle rap culture is imperative, but this app is embarrassing and ultimately a slap in the face to those who pay for the subscription. JUST LET US USE NORMAL AIRPLAY. The airplay feature is blocked on the iPhone Interface because URL is paranoid of pirating. I get that, but the only people that it punishes are paying customers. People will pirate and steal regarding of this block, but normal people who want to stream to TVs get screwed. Also the cast feature that is within the URL app does not work, it won’t cast/stream or just freezes the app. So what else is bad? You can’t lock your screen and just listen to battles. That is straight up bad app design, it’s the age of technology and we can’t listen with the screen locked? Pure stupidity. The comments section is pure trash as well. Nobody wants to see other peoples trash opinions. What’s good? The global scorecard idea is pretty cool as well as the reactions. Those feel more genuine than comments. Bottom line the App needs a ton of work. I pay the subscription for the battles and there are enough to make it worth it. The casting to smart TV issue is huge and almost a deal breaker, airplay needs to be allowed. Smack needs to care more about the people that are supporting him, and the artists on stage. We need the culture, and they need us. Do better.

The Comments

The app is good, and overall, the update has some very good improvements. I like that Smack and the team is listening to the subscribers feedback... in which I hope they continue to do that... with that said, I would like the ability to stop the auto scroll feature of the live comments section. If I want to actually read them, I need the screen to stop taking me to the bottom of a new comment... because ultimately what you want is to create a platform - besides twitter, where BR fans can engage with each other. I’ve been a subscriber since day one and haven’t deleted it and reinstalled... I’ve been here for the culture, and having that comments section get more fine tuned would be a game changer.
I would also like to see some sort of volume normalization between the actual battle volume and the 🤘🏾 button... too often the difference is too great. The battle is low and the horn/Don Demarco is loud as hell! Yikes. Please add this to the next update as well. Thanks. Y’all headed in the right direction. *PS. Don’t make us wait forever to see the December 8, 2019 event with Hollow and Danny, everybody caint afford $60 around the holidays. Real Talk. 😬🤘🏾
