Serving and having Fun
Volunteering at the USO in San Diego has filled a void that I didn’t realize I had. I look forward to reviewing the calendar and having the flexibility to choose when and where I want to volunteer my time; knowing that I’m acknowledging those men, women and their families that serve our country.
What could be better!
It would be very helpful if the app didn’t open up in the activity feed all the time. Moreover, the email function should be removed if the volunteer doesn’t have rights to send emails. It’s pointless, because the volunteer will get emails to their personal email anyway. Furthermore, groups should be only viewable by the Manager or Center Operations Specialist. Lastly, for the calendar, it should be much easier to volunteer for a shift. Instead of clicking on a date, selecting the shift, then going back to the calendar to only have to scroll down again to do the same process. Work smarter, not harder is the key concept. Thanks for your help with this matter.
Cannot Log In
I have been waiting months to be transferred from the Hawaii USO to the San Diego location but aside from that, the app doesn’t even let me log in. I tried both my email and phone number and it says they are not found in the system -_- then I contacted their help desk all for someone to email back(spelling my name wrong too btw) they reset my account and now I can log in. Well first of all I didn’t need my account reset because I could log in just fine on a desktop. I needed help trying to figure out why I cannot log in using the app. Waiting to see if I’ll be able to log in once my transfer goes through but doubtful, on my desktop I can log in and see all my info from my previous location.
