Great way to support my local restaurants
I have been using this app to order takeout from my local restaurants for the past two weeks and it’s been great. No problems and fast delivery. I was looking at the bad reviews wondering why, and they all seem to be from a while ago. The app has definitely improved.

Doesn’t work
The app appears to work for some of my co-workers, however it does not for me. It does not save my profile information, nor my card information. Not convenient when the only way I can get a drink is stand in front of the machine and hand type in my card information EVERY-TIME. As if that wasn’t enough... it doesn’t accept my card 9 times out of 10. I used to be able to come to these machines, swipe my card, get my drink and then leave... now I have to type in my card wait for it to try and run it a couple times... fail... try again and again. Finally I just dig change out of my purse if I have any or just don’t get a drink.
I have tried to troubleshoot the app... by uninstalling and reinstalling. Resaving my profile and card information. Nothing works... there is no support number to call. So happy I can’t enjoy snack machine refreshments with cash any more...

The Vīv app is super cool!! Its super convenient and lets you order food from local restaurants so it’s ready to be picked up when you get there... it’s also far more reliable than similar apps out there... I highly recommend trying it out!
