A true pain
App is buggy and unusable, unable to use biometrics to log in even though it is already enabled on the phone. Challenger forces you to use this app as you can’t log in with your mobile number at the cashier after 3 times - the least they could do was not introduce further obstacles. Thanks - I’ll take my business elsewhere.

App is very bad. Cannot use properly. Every time I tried to use, app just crashed and cannot press any buttons. If I cannot use my membership while purchasing something, what is the point of the membership?

Press the re login button and nothing happen. Can’t even login. Please take this apps down until you fix the problem. Negative customers experience.
