We’re working on the app experience to make it better, faster and more secure. In version 17.14, we have made some bug fixes to our multiple account biometrics and alerts and added our void cheque feature.

Idk what everyone else is smokin
I have been using this app for a couple of years now and while it’s improved a lot in the past two. I can say it’s honestly been one of the easier, straight forward financial apps to navigate. I love the design, less pages to click through to get where I need to go. also haven’t experienced the speed issues others have mentioned and I have an iPhone 6s.
I also love the simple straight forward design (please don’t change it!!) and accessibility to the online voting. Clean UI, easy to send messages. For real, the app deserves more 5 star ratings.
The only request I’d make going forward: Give users fingerprint sign-on. A bit behind on that feature compared to other financial apps.

Slow and glitchy
Really slow response times, glitches often. It has good features that I need to use but it’s so frustrating waiting for things to load or having to try several times to receive an Interac transfer. Vancity should just invest a few thousand in a good developer to fix it up and make it work like a banking app should.
