I bought the app a few years ago, everything worked well, I was a happy customer. Then I was recently forced to upgrade my phone and the latest version of this app got installed and now it is unusable. The voice is very unnatural and stops ever few seconds. I reached out to their support email on their website and got no response. It is pretty unethical to sell a product and then force the user to buy it again because of a “UI” change. I’m looking for another solution, I’d recommend anyone looking for a text to speech app to avoid these con-artists.

I am not sure how many years I have used vBookz. It has always been used to proofread studies I have prepared. Years ago I bought the UK British voice but can no longer acquire it in my app. It allowed me to change up readers and gave me some variation from day to day. Except this language issue, I have no other issues of dissatisfaction. I definitely have recommended your app to others and will continue to do so.

This is a must have PDF to voice readerSo useful and is very efficient in helping read aloud portable document format reader. Value is solid, it would be nice to control talk speed(s) more like an audio video podcast system. Also it s we oils be great to see text being read aloud larger at the bottom, a tricky to program feature to assist comprehension.

Update: I have been using VbookZ for 8+ years and love it but now it wants me to purchase aleeady purchased voices. I reqched out to support- we will see what they do to restore as now it pauses every five or so sentences- if they restore I will restore the 5 stars-I have only been using today. Voice is fairly natural except for the way it reads "'" it reads couldn t or wouldn t. Kind of annoying.. Please fix!!! Then 5 star thus far.I had issues other than this. Customer service fixed it within an hour. Great support!
