VC Task is a corporate audit, field survey and data collection app built exclusively for VC One teams and staff who carry out technical and commercial visits or surveys.
With VC Task, team members can:
- Receive and view surveys and audits assigned by management.
- Complete structured questionnaires with text, choice, numeric, date, photo capture and conditional questions.
- Record photo evidence directly in the app using the device camera or photo library.
- Confirm presence at the audit site through geolocation.
- Work fully offline in areas without connectivity, with automatic data sync when the connection is restored.
- Track the progress of assigned surveys and their submission status.
- Use the app in English or Portuguese.
The app is for corporate use only and requires company-issued credentials. Surveys are configured and assigned by managers through an administrative web platform.
