The Vector EHS (formerly IndustrySafe) Mobile App allows you to easily conduct EHS inspections and record incidents, with or without web access. You can use your own checklists, or download a variety of pre-built checklists that are available within the app, including facility safety, vehicle safety, fire safety, forklift safety, ladder safety checklists, and more. Record multiple types of incidents, including near misses, vehicle and environmental incidents, and employee and non-employee injuries.
The Vector EHS (formerly IndustrySafe) app will help your organization to streamline and standardize your safety inspections and incident recording processes.
You can easily take and attach photos to your forms, as well as pinpoint your exact GPS location.

Waste of time
App won’t upload any reports, despite filling out all appropriate fields. As a foreman, our management state we are supposed to tell our techs “this is the best app ever, even better than the last one” but this one is 10 times worse…….
Won’t upload incidents
There’s a bug that won’t allow incidents put in on the app to upload to the site. Have had a ticket in with support for over 3 weeks, still no resolution.
App not working
