New Shopping App

First, I love The Responsible Shop! What a great setting to have for those who like to by from brands who give back! I’m getting ready for a cruise and need chemical free formulas so I’ll definitely be checking out these products for my trip. Second, I love the sleek look of the app. There are a lot of different types of products to browse through. I do wish it had a size chart for the products so I know the item will fit the way I like.

I totally recommend this cool shopping app!

Easy to find stuff

Quick and easy to navigate and have helpful videos/recommendations. Was trying to chat with support on my phone through the app about sizing questions, but the window is not available on the product page. On desktop it’s there. I called in, and the question was answered immediately, wow!

Please Fix the Filtering Feature!

Everytime I try to filter by brands within a category, every single brand available on the site is listed. For example, if I’m searching skincare, there is no need to list brands that exclusively sell home items, menswear, etc. I tired to click the App Support link here on the App Store and that link doesn’t work either.

Other than that, I love Verishop but it is a pain to use the app for that one specific reason and find myself always using the web version instead.
