Spiral is a wearable designed to support daily reflection, mindfulness, and personal growth. It helps you notice patterns in your day, stay intentional, and create moments of calm and clarity.
Spiral is the companion app for the Spiral wearable device. The app requires the Spiral device to function. Together, they support daily reflection, mindfulness, and personal growth by helping you notice patterns in your day, stay intentional, and create moments of calm and clarity.
Wear the Spiral as a bracelet, necklace, or simply carry it in your pocket — the device blends technology and design to give you real-time feedback you can use as part of your journaling or self-awareness practice.
Key Features
Vibe Check On Demand — Get a personalized “vibe score” any time you want, helping you pause and check in with yourself.
Interval Vibe Checks — Spiral checks your vibe automatically at set intervals, so you can reflect later on how your state shifted throughout the day.
Daily Pattern Review — See a timeline of your vibe checks and reflect on how different moments, activities, or environments may have influenced you.
Reflection Index — A unique algorithm transforms data into a simple score that encourages you to notice when it may be a good time to reflect, focus, or recharge.
Daily Insights & Journaling — Track your vibe scores over time, explore patterns, and use guided prompts for self-reflection.
Wellness Stats — High-resolution sensors measure your heart rhythm, giving context to your vibe readings.
Mindful Reminders — Gentle nudges help you build mindful breaks into your day.
Spiral isn’t about fixing or promising outcomes — it’s about creating space to reflect, reconnect, and live more intentionally. It’s a tool for awareness, not a medical device.
After a lot of trial and error, I finally managed to sync the bracelet to the app — but only after discovering it has to stay plugged into power to even connect.Once it did connect, the app kept telling me the bracelet “may not be snug enough for meaningful results.” I tightened it as much as humanly possible (to the point of cutting circulation) just to test the message… and it still said the same thing.Out of curiosity, I ran a “Vibe Check” with no bracelet on at all to see what would happen. Unfortunately, the app continued “reading” my heart rate and PPI as if the device were on my wrist. And after “Petting Spirit Animals” I have come to the conclusion that The numbers moved around exactly like they do when the bracelet is actually worn — which tells me the readings are not being generated from the bracelet itself. At this point, my conclusion is that the bracelet is a great concept with poor execution, at least in its current version. It does not appear to truly measure frequency spectrum, heart rate, or stress levels from the device. I don’t even know what the Stress reading is supposed to represent, but mine stays around 8.5 even when I’m meditating.I bought multiple units because I planned to give them as Christmas gifts for my kids. Sadly, they’re going to be nice but obsolete bracelets, since they don’t perform the way they’re advertised.I genuinely hope that in the near future these types of devices evolve and actually do what they claim. For now, I’d recommend waiting — and definitely not rushing into buying like I did.
New update
roxjoseph
Ugh. This new update is worthless. I’m either “worried” which I’m not or “ have fear” which I don’t, lonely, which I am not etc. it was better before when I was just “calm”, which I was. This needs to be addressed or I will trash this very expensive “vibe tracker”. Because it is not accurate AT ALL.
Confusing
Confusing, I'll say
One example of confusing is, for example, 35 labels overwhelmed or restless or courageous. How is that possible. All day long my numbers show restless, worried lonely. Even during times that I am doing something good for myself like meditation, yoga, sitting in eesystem (light system) listening to healing frequencies (528,432 etc). The only thing these numbers want me to do is commit myself to an insane asylum cause it means to me that nothing I do to feel good and take care of myself is working. At least the old labels and labels Calm energized) gave me hope that I am doing good and heading in the right direction. Midstream they changed their format and changed all the previous numbers and labels. The company says not to pay attention to the labels and numbers. What should I pay attention to then
Works but disappointing
Ontherighttrack
The way that this product was marketed I had really high hopes but to be honest the app and interface is so so bare bones, I feel like a child could’ve made it. There is no explanation behind the vibe score besides, you’re doing great or you’re not doing great and it does not explain how it ties to manifestation. The believability behind the score is really low because it just seems like an arbitrary number and there is nothing to back it up at least on the interface end. Like what is PPI? Explain why you’re showing me my PPI. Sigh I am disappointed. The bracelet is beautiful though.
