Since upgrading to V 6.0, I cannot see my MPPT charge controller in device list. I have reinstalled app, rebooted computer, removed blue tooth devices, but nothing changes. Using MAC with Big Sur..Have earlier version on phone which still works Not sure what to do? Thanks

Works fine with iOS 12.6 Monterey

The app is OK. It does show everything I need. I wish it was a little bit more customizable, for instance seeing the amps going into the battery banks in a column so you could just scan straight down the list and they would all be lined up underneath each other. I have it connected to a MPPT for solar, a shunt to monitor the batteries and anothe shunt as a DC monitor for a wind generator. There are a TON of settings. It would be nice to see what the original default setting was after editing and more in-app help as to what each of the settings do or how they should be set, for instance, I have lead acid batteries and there are four choices to choose from but no help as to which one should be used. Overall it does what I need but not being an electrician or a battery expert, I pretty much don't have a clue if it is set properly for my system but my gut says the numbers are reasonably what I should be expecting and need to manage the batteries on my liveaboard sailboat.

Clunky and Mysterious

I've owned a Multiplux Compact charger/inverter and a MPPT for some years now. they are installed on our boat. I can say this app works perfectly and easily and reliably for the MPPT device that controls my solar panel on our boat. Firmware updates for it are easy and always work.

I wish I could say the same for the way this app interacts with my Multiplus, but I cannot. At least half the time, the app refuses to connect with my Multiplus. When it balks, I resort to an earlier version and that usually works. Usually.

I always have at least 3 versions of this app available. Often the current version "sees" the Multiplus and refuses to let me into the settings. Other times, like the next day, the same version sees the Multiplus and instantly lets me into the settings. Then, at least half the time, I find that one or more setting has changed. How is that possible?

This quirky, mysterious and confusing behavior is bothersome and create serious fear that the Multiplus, which is supposed to manage virtually all electrical functions on our boat, will fail and result in some electical disaster. It is disturbing. I feel like I live in a world where some electrical system failure lurks right around the corner just out of sight.

I know this is not NASA putting a man on the moon where failure is not an option. I just wish I had more faith in Victron and more confidence in this app.
