Vinterdyp
Track every plunge and sauna
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
The season starts now. Log your first dip and watch the streak grow all winter. Free to use — Plus adds full history, badges and the widget.
Vinterdyp is the Danish winter-swimming app — built for the 88,000+ club swimmers and everyone else who loves a cold plunge at the coast, harbor bath, or lake.
Log a dip in under 3 taps: record location, water temperature, duration, and mood in seconds. Choose from 60+ well-known Danish swim spots and clubs, or add your own secret favorites.
Watch your streak grow on a HabitKit-style cold calendar, colored day by day according to water temperature — from lukewarm blue to icy white. Track your current streak, this season's dips (Oct-Apr), coldest dip, and personal records.
Explore swim spots on a map of Denmark — from Helgoland and Den Permanente to Vestre Fjordpark and Sandkås on Bornholm. See which spots have a sauna, and add your own spots to your personal map.
Earn 10 fun, Danish-flavored badges: First Dip, Hero of the Week, Under 5 Degrees, Polar Bear, Sauna Lover, Night Owl, Globetrotter, Century, and more. Everything is calculated locally on your phone.
Check your current streak and latest water temperature straight from a home screen widget.
Vinterdyp Plus unlocks full history, all badges, the widget, and the ability to attach photos to your dips.
Safety first: Never swim alone, and know the risks of cold water swimming. Avoid alcohol before bathing, be aware of cold shock, and consult your doctor if you are unsure about your health condition. Vinterdyp is a logging tool and does not replace professional advice about cold-water swimming.
