The process was so simple and the prices available were far better than the other sites. I was booking a room for my daughter and her husband as a surprise for their date night and it even gives you an option to book and pay for someone else’s stay - will definitely use this site again!

Lying customer service and fraud/fake customer agent
Made a booking for hotel this weekend and accidentally made a typo on the reservation name.
Tried calling the customer service written in the email to change the name or add a friend to the reservation so that we could verify the ID and check in. Took 30 minutes to transfer to various lines and meet an agent who said they’ll check on the hotel if that is possible, and the agent said that is unavailable. When I asked the hotel, it said those features are available but I should do them through Vio, so the agent lied and blamed the hotel.
Called the agent back, and the agent named Charles said that they’ll make a cancelation with full-refund on the reservation that we already made and will book another reservation with the friend’s name. So we waited and checked back on the hotel lobby if the original one was canceled and new reservation was made. Apparently, the original one was canceled but no new reservation was made. So we called Vio again to check on it, and another agent told me that they’re looking on it but they can’t process it at the time so we should call back tomorrow morning. We waited for 2 hours at the hotel lobby in the midnight for nothing and head back home in a 40 minute uber ride.
Called Vio back the another day, and apparently there was no agent named Charles that I talked to, and everything was a lie and false information. Wasted money and time and energy.

Worked For Me!
Can’t speak for any other reviews, i trusted my gut, and the app worked! It saved us over 100$ since it had the lowest price, and i successfully booked my reservation. I would recommend calling the place your booking to make sure they receive your reservation. Anyways great app, easy to use i would recommend 👍🏼
