About Virginia's Mileage Choice Program The Mileage Choice Program is a voluntary government-run program offering drivers of eligible vehicles an alternative way to pay highway use fees. Pay per mile driven instead of a flat annual fee at registration renewal. Drive less, pay less. The device measures your driving distance, and the app provides a private, personal interface to view your trips, mileage, and driving scores. Your Privacy is Protected: Your driving scores and trip locations are completely private. They are not shared with third parties, not shared with government agencies, and do not impact your mileage payment. This data is for your eyes only. The Artist One
This app is the worst app ever! It is totally useless in the latest version. You can’t even login or register because it never sent the welcome email! Even if I had an account previously, the stupid app completely forgot my credentials and I cannot login now. The previous version at least works but it does not record every trip like the versions prior. Stupid app!

This app is the worst app ever! It is totally useless in the latest version. You can’t even login or register because it never sent the welcome email! I’ve been using this app for over a year. I need to submit my yearly odometer reading or face a late fee. I’ve tried everything to get this app to work. Deleted and reinstalled, requested a new password, still says confirm you log in credentials. I followed every step recommended in the email I received still nothing. Better not get charged a late fee!

This app may well be the worst-designed app in the App Store. It refuses to recognize passwords that the app’s own website recognizes. It won’t even recognize passwords that have just been reset. The Commonwealth of Virginia, which prides itself as being the home to numerous tech industries, should be ashamed to be associated with this app. The Commonwealth surely can find an app designer that knows what they are doing.

How can a public service app be allowed to be THIS bad? How can it be outright, objectively, useless (even after the November 2025 update)? For THIS long? What this app has cannot be placed in the category of “bugs”. It’s just simply a non-working wrapper with nothing inside. NOTHING in this app works. Like really - NOTHING! Is anyone from the VA government even paying attention to this?
