Understanding

This app gives you time to read through your recommended plans and understand which one actually works best for you. The app automatically sets an enrollment date and you have until your set enrollment date to make as many changes as you want! If you make an error select client error in the list of options when it asks the reason why you changed. Its okay to not know at first :)

THANK YOU!

Virginia has finally created an online system to make changes to our healthcare plans and comparing which plan is best for our needs! As well as being able to easily search from providers that are covered by our insurance plan. I shouldn’t be this happy about this app but I am! Well done and very easy to navigate.

Part of the app doesn’t work

I attempted to enroll in a plan first and pick my provider later and it said that I was enrolled in every plan I clicked on and would have to contact my provider to change it. I wasn’t enrolled in anything. I finally had to pick a provider first and then pick a plan that worked with them, but I wanted to take more time to review providers before I picked a plan first. The process ended up taking much longer than it needed to. Otherwise, the app was mostly fine. I wish there was a way to click on the phone numbers though.
