V-Pass is designed to support a virtual welcome center for businesses. The app will primarily be customer/patient facing with a few key features that allow patients to connect with a virtual agent. Once the call ends, the app is designed to default back to the standard screen that allows the next patient/customer to use the same device.
It will also allow patients to see transcriptions for any translation related services, and see their own mirror image. I
The iPads will primarily be used for this app.
While we are focused on Healthcare, the same could apply to non healthcare sites.
