I have had Virtual Shield VPN for about 3 months. If you buy this, have a backup to go to when this one doesn’t perform - because it is going to happen and maybe often. If I had to do it over, I would not buy into this VPN. Yes, they will reply and be nice about it but bottom line, their product barely works and they basically put the responsibility on you as the user rather than working on their product. Just look elsewhere.

Sometimes I’ll go to use my phone and for some reason, the Internet won’t work at all. And I’m over here wondering what the problem is. So I eventually delete virtual shield and suddenly my Internet starts working again. For some reason virtual shield only works sometimes and then other times it totally ruins your Internet and will not even Connect so you have to delete the app in order for your Internet to work. I thought I was behind on my bill or something for my cellular data but no, it’s the virtual shield app. Also virtual shield doesn’t work with older computers. They lied and said it was going to work on my computer, but it absolutely does not.

I signed up for this service for one year and cancelled my subscription. The next year I was charged again even though I cancelled it. I have tried repeatedly to cancel the service again only to receive the message that a representative would reach out to me, but I never received such a message and seem unable to cancel. I don’t recommend signing up for a service that wants to scam you out of money for making it so difficult to simply end your subscription.

I’ve been using VirtualShield for 5 years now and it works great on all of my devices, it is always being updated with new servers and security features. I couldn’t ask for more!
