As good as the app is it caused me hours of frustration

When I purchased the app all seemed amazing until it came time to render my final project on blender. I was constantly getting crashes when rendering, and I spent hours trying to resolve this issue until I got to the part where I disabled some of my plugins. After removing the plug-in given by the virtualcamera website. My render went through smoothly. Besides the rendering issues this app is amazing, just keep this review in mind if you read it.

When I purchased the app all seemed amazing until it came time to render my final project on blender. I just started playing with this a few mins ago. I parented a cube to the camera, set my viewport to an arbitrary place where I could see camera/ cube and now I’m essentially recording the cube movement in 3D space by moving the phone around my physical area. How cool is that!? Totally opens things up as far as expression. You just need to increase your blender units so you don’t have to run around the room. I’m so overwhelmed with the possibilities. I asked the developer if I can bypass the camera and choose another target but even if I have to it’s not that big of a deal to copy/ paste frames after I’m done animating.

I expected it to be overly complicated or not work very well but I genuinely surprised at the ease of use and effectiveness of it. I messed around with it for an hour and had a far better and much longer camera animation than I would have been able to make by hand, definitely worth the money
