Alpha helices coil as ribbons, beta sheets fan out as arrows, and loops connect them as fine tubes. Color by secondary structure, by chain, or uniformly. • Ball & Stick Mode — Atomic-level detail with element-colored spheres and bond cylinders. Tap any residue to identify it — see its name, chain, sequence position, and biological role.
