Keep your client visits, contacts and next steps together.
VisitLine is a local-first notebook for client visits, calls and meetings. Record a spoken note or write manually, review the details before saving, and return to the conversation when you need it. On-device speech transcription is primarily designed for Chinese.

FULL BACKUPS
Export readable records, or save a full folder backup including recordings and business-card photos. Preview a backup before restoring it. Backups may contain private information. Save them outside the app before uninstalling. Restoring purchases restores subscription access, not local records.
LOCAL FIRST
No VisitLine account and no cloud sync. Basic records and organization are free with no record limit. Saved content stays accessible when a subscription expires.
OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION
An active subscription provides access to cloud AI organization and optional Cloud Voice Enhancement, with up to 450 minutes every 30 days for cloud transcription. Each cloud feature requires its own explicit consent. A subscription does not enable data sharing automatically. Prices are shown in the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or canceled in your Apple Account. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
AI text organization: Only after you separately choose “Allow sharing with Alibaba Cloud” does the app send the current transcript and existing client names through VisitLine servers to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Qwen for structured organization.
Cloud Voice Enhancement: This requires a separate permission. After you enable it, the current recording, existing client names and aliases, and the contact names associated with those clients are sent through our servers to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Fun-ASR for transcription. Unassigned business-card names are not sent as cloud hints.
Both permissions are off by default. You can withdraw either one in Settings → AI Data Permissions. “Use on-device only” keeps local recording, manual entry, saving and viewing available. Requests do not attach private-note fields, phone numbers, email addresses or WeChat IDs from contact records, or other past recordings. Personal information spoken in a recording or included in its transcript is sent with that content. Withdrawal stops subsequent sharing; it cannot recall data already sent.
The interface supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English and Japanese.
