Description
CERES (Chemical Emergency Response E-Service) is our incident planning and response platform that brings together plume dispersion models with google maps and real-time meteorological and gas sensors data. It is designed with love by our team at Vlahi Systems LLC.
Our software can be used anywhere, anyplace, on any device, phone, tablet or PC. You get free access to ALOHA® model which is the hazard modeling program for the CAMEO® software suite, widely used to plan for and respond to chemical emergencies.
What to expect?

Ratings and Reviews
Great HazMat App
I echo a previous review...this is a very well designed app that meets initial information needs very quickly and easily. I spent 11 years as the Safety Officer for a Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team and used apps like PEAC and the CAMEO/ALOHA/MARPLOT all the time to develop my safety plan and to develop hazard communications at our operational sites. I would have killed for this app back then!
Your app is straightforward, easy to use, very quick to produce results, and puts the right information where it needs to be with very good graphics. Tha fact that this app runs on a smartphone or tablet is the icing on the cake...laptops aren’t always practical during an operation. I recommend that anyone who plans or manages HazMat operations check this application out.
Best hazardous prediction app I've eve seen
I have been doing hazardous prediction for many many years and when I discovered this app I was skeptical at first. If you work in the hazardous materials response world this is a must have and is now my goto for initial models that I use when briefing an Incident Commander before I start up my modeling computer and run HPAC.
Developer Response ,
Thank you so much ! Please also give it a try to CERES desktop version by visiting https://ceres.vlahi.com on your modeling computer.
Great program
CERES is one of the best and easiest plume modeling packages I’ve ever used in my 15 years in HazMat. We’ve used Safer/CAMEO/ALOHA, this package is way better!!!
Worth every penny!!!
