Description
VMMap is highly compatible with Vivax-Metrotech locator products (www.vivax-metrotech.com). It can store and display the real time locate information on the field.
Notes:
1. Please make sure that the BT module in the receiver is OBS421 or higher.
This information can be found in the “About” screen of the receiver.
2. This application will work with iPhones version 4 or higher.
Features:
1. Bluetooth connection with locator receiver.
2. All data will be logged in the device and display in real time.
3. Data are stored as KML format.
4. Email features available – you can email the KML file from your device
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Point Log
When trying to log points during designation of utilities, point data would not capture. My map stays blank. I press i then + but it doesn’t log anything to the receiver or the app.
Import Photo Support
Please update to enable importing of photos from the IOS camera roll/albums etc. Would also like to be able to switch from default camera app and use photo stamp app such as Theodolite and Solocator to take stamped photos, attach and export as .kml all together.
The new version 1.09 lost the ability to send the locate to email please fix.
Love the app. But when I try and demonstrate to a customer the new version lost the ability to email the locate from the app. Please fix.
