It’s the AI assistant I’ve always wanted! I’ve been waiting for an app like this for years and it has changed my life! It transcribes your audio notes perfectly (even long ones) and does it fast! It stores all of your notes into a giant log and then you can ask questions about your notes which the AI has access to or you can ask the AI to summarize your notes or turn them into a Tweet or blog post etc. It uses Chat GPT 4 Turbo so the answers are natural, well-thought out, and professional. Use this app as a diary, to take notes, record stray thoughts, record your projects, record your memories, write reminders to yourself, give yourself ideas, critiques, guidance, or scheduling with the help of your always faithful AI assistant, or all of these things and more! This app can do it all!

hello hello, wonderful people. i'm a voicenote believer who has been ACTIVELY using the app ever since i downloaded it in october last year, and i just wanted to say thank you so much for creating it. i had been wanting something like this for years and before AI, no transcription software or service was going to cut it. and this app: the design, the simplicity and functionality, is nothing short of amazing. it's an incredible jumping off point for both my personal and business needs - whether i'm brainstorming ideas/thoughts or just needing to vent, i start with voicenotes. it's had such a wonderful impact on my life, and i just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for developing this and continuing to give it thoughtful updates.so grateful this exists!! 🖤

When Siri came out the first time I thought I would be able to speak to it and it would record my ideas down and be able to find them and give me summaries, it never did. Now we have voice notes that not only can record and store my ideas down, it can turn them into content super easily. You may think “I can do that with ChatGPT and an automation with Zapier, and then Notion, and write some prompts. You probably could, but then you would have to fine-tune your prompts, and test to make sure it all works out. And then you have to pay for the API usage, etc etc. this app does it all. And it does it perfectly, just clear and easy to use. No hands down an amazing implementation! Get this

I don’t often leave reviews but 4 reasons (the 4th is really the main reason I’m writing this review - unsolicited). 1. It’s become my go-to app for recording every thought and (with permission) meetings. The AI options to summarize are indispensable and the transcription just works - every time. 2. Everything is intuitive - the automatic start of transcription when recording is finished, the automatic breaking up of long recordings etc. Are there some changes I would make ? Of course. (But see 4 below).3. The integration with Readwise is a huge bonus for me - I’m a heavy user of Readwise and this integration is super important4. The reason I went from inaction to writing this review - yesterday I discovered that their web interface has a note feature that should be on the app (in my view). Their response through the chat was that they would reply during their hours next day. And they did (which I almost did not expect). And today - 24 hours later - the feature showed up !!! Magic support.
