Good App for Vonmaur i am so glad to have quick access without having to login to computer or use mobile website. Only complaint is the Touch ID works sporadically. I also with it was integrated with your website so you can shop and access your account in one app just like Nordstrom, and Target does in their cards. Otherwise love it, your customer service is top notch.
Great Improvement Over Antiquated Website!!
What an improvement over the website!! I'm a loyal fan of Von Maur. I grew up with the brand, enjoyed the pleasure of finding store locations in other cities where I have resided (Minneapolis and Atlanta) and even had them as a client at one stage in my career. Their customer service always goes above and beyond which keeps me coming back. My only recurring complaint has been their website, most notably their bill pay and card management. I recently experienced a situation where I learned that if you make a one time payment on your credit card, the Autopay feature on your account is disconnected. This lead to additional issues of a late payment which was exasperated by the website being cumbersome to locate information as well as often times not reflecting my correct account balance. The only saving grace was the excellent customer service I received when I reported the issue over the phone otherwise I would have cut up my card. The app is a wonderful upgrade and so easy to use! Whoever designed it did a great job and you should strongly consider having them revitalize and upgrade your website. It needs improvement so thank goodness for this app!!
I do most of my bill payments on my phone and it was frustrating to not be able to pay my Von Maur bill in the same way. The wait was worth it! Great app! I agree with another reviewer -- please upgrade your website to match this great app.
