• Manage pictures and videos taken on your smart glasses (Vuzix Blade only)
• Remotely control applications on your smart glasses using the virtual trackpad
• Remotely send keyboard input from your phone to your smart glasses

Connectivity issues

The pairing loses connection even though the glasses say it is connected the app says it is not. When it is connected and paired, it is a matter of time before it doesn’t work again. Even un pairing from the app and from Bluetooth and starting over doesn’t always work. Takes a few times to get it working. Also it would be nice if the glasses worked just using Bluetooth through the app. Instead, you can’t use google assistant or the app while just connected to the Bluetooth. It is useless without WiFi, which is a shame because it should be able to use the phone to just get info like map directions. Why does it need its own WiFi connection?

Keeps getting better

Vuzix keeps adding new functionality to the companion app and it’s so easy and simple to use.

Blade won’t let me use my account. Says my device is registered to another account. Bought new from Vuzix. Can’t get more apps because it won’t associate with my account. Bad app. Bad company.
