WU: Employees
Working United (WU) app and website was developed so that employers and employees with temporary and or Permanente needs can find and book work to fill employment needs. For example, if a licensed electrical contractor has a job that has been put on hold and must lay off 5 of his electricians for two weeks, then these electricians can utilize the WU app to fill these days off. The electrician can log into WU and select his/her trade or field qualified in. He/she can select skill level, desired wage, start, and stop dates, distance willing to travel for work, and submit resume for employers to see. Once the employee submits all needed information, he will be sent job postings matching the employee’s inputted info. Once employee selects the jobs, he is interested in he can send a request to the matching employer that he is interested. The employer than can view that employee’s information and past reviews from other WU employers he has worked with. If accepted by the employer and employee than the employee will be notified of the job location start date and any special job instructions such as dress requirements, parking locations etc.
WU Employers
WU employers are designed the same as for employees. Employers will be able to post jobs based on trade or field qualified in. He/she can select skill level desired, desired wage, start, and stop dates, add job description, and review matching employees. Employers can also send request to matching employees to see if they are interested in Woking for them.
WU was designed to help with the following

2. Employees find Permanent work
3. Employees can earn more income by picking up shifts
4. Employers can fill needed temporary help without all the hassle of running ads just to hire for temp needs
5. Employer can eliminate the overinflated prices of temp services
6. Employers can choose the employee as Temp services do not
