Good but fix not redeemable items

Wabs bomb i eat it every other day to be honest. So i mite as well use the app, app works “somtimes”, and it gets quite annoying when you have the 110 points for a free side and it dont let you redeem it. Only complaint really. Food is always on point though 🤝.

Tried Waba grills new location in Dallas and surprised at the portion and how good it was. The only thing I would recommend for the app is adding an option to modify the miso soup. In store, you can add tofu or rice. However in the app, there is no option. I ordered the miso soup through the app and found that it came with rice which was disappointing because I really wanted a traditional miso soup with tofu. Also an option to put sauce on the side.
Other than that, love this!

Love Waba Grill. It’s my to go food especially when I’m not feeling well.
Always the best service. My only gripe “ the company should have tip jars “.
