Guest calls on the phone in your apron. Feel it, take it, move on.
WaiterButton puts your venue's guest calls on the phone already in your apron.
A guest taps the WaiterButton card on their table. You feel it.
- See who is calling, from which table or room, and what they asked for
- Calls are ordered by who has waited longest, because that is who to go to next
- One tap for "on my way", one for "done" — and it clears from everyone else's screen
- Ready orders from the kitchen appear in the same list
- Works alongside the runner screen on a tablet; both stay in step
Set-up is one step. A manager shows a pairing code or scans a QR from the venue dashboard, and the
phone is connected. There is no account to create and no password to remember — staff change, the
venue does not.
WaiterButton is for restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels and guest rooms already using waiterbutton.com
NFC cards. You will need a venue to pair with.
