Signing up for a boat is smoother and fairer: • Reserve a spot holds your seat for 5 minutes while you choose — use a free ride, pay now, or go as a non-rider. • Waitlists: join the waitlist on as many boats as you like. When a seat opens you'll get a notification and 30 minutes to claim it. Within 4 hours of a boat leaving, it's first come, first served — tap Claim Spot. • New boat page: see riders, non-riders and the waitlist at a glance. Once you're going, tap Details for the driver, boat and pickup spot, and tap the lake pin to open the pickup in Maps. • Pay-later boats: pay your driver by Venmo or Zelle right from the boat page. • Cancelled boats: you'll be notified, any free ride is given back automatically, and the boat moves to your Boat History. • Notification history: see every notification you've received in Profile → Notifications. • Free boats never use a free ride. • Pasting now works in every text field, plus lots of smaller fixes and polish.

What's new in 1.1 • Pay Later boats — some outings let you book for free in the app and pay the driver directly. Tap "Pay on Venmo" to open Venmo with the driver and amount filled in, or copy the driver's Zelle email/phone in one tap. Free rides apply to Pre Pay boats only. • Waitlists fixed — you can join the waitlist on a full boat again, and you'll be moved into a seat automatically when one opens up. • Live updates — new messages and newly posted boats now appear right away, no need to switch tabs. • Group chat icons — every group chat gets an icon, and any member can change it to an emoji. • Instant account updates — changes to your membership or account status show up right away. For club admins: • New Members screen to review sign-ups, set their groups and rides, and approve them in one step — with an option to let new sign-ups in automatically. • Manage everyone's groups right from the Users list. • Charge a member a fee from Manage Rides; their account unlocks once they pay. • Boat Log now has Drivers and Riders views. • Removed and deleted accounts now appear on the Suspended screen, and their email can't sign up again until you clear it. Bug fixes and improvements.
