When Grafana, Alertmanager, Datadog, Sentry, Uptime Kuma, a missed heartbeat or any webhook reports a problem, WakeHook rings the on-call person's phone and keeps ringing until they acknowledge. If nobody does, it escalates to the next person on the team. • Critical and high alerts are Time Sensitive, so they can break through Focus and Sleep • Rings again every 30 seconds until you acknowledge • Live Activity on your Lock Screen while an incident is ringing • One-tap Acknowledge or Snooze, right from the notification • Escalates to the rest of the team when nobody answers • Quiet notifications for low-priority alerts • One phone covers every organisation you belong to • Optional phone-call fallback as a paid add-on The side switch still silences sound, so keep your ringer on while you're on call. Setup takes a few minutes: add a source in the WakeHook dashboard, pair your phone by scanning the code with your Camera or typing it in, and you're on call. No SMS, no clutter.
