No account, ads, analytics, or tracking. Core ownership records work offline and stay on your device unless you choose to export them. BUILD A PLAN FROM THE BOAT YOU OWN Photograph paper schedule pages, choose a PDF from Files, or reuse a manual saved in Boat Vault. WakeKeep reads selectable text and scanned pages on-device, then proposes explicit recurring maintenance intervals with the source text and page attached. Nothing is added until you select it. Explicit recurring schedule wording is recognized in English, Norwegian Bokmål, German, and French. Scan equipment nameplates and record the manufacturer, model, and serial number. Link maintenance to the exact equipment onboard. Optional separate hour meters let twin engines, generators, and other machinery drive their own schedules without changing the boat’s main reading. KNOW WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION Rank maintenance by urgency, install spring commissioning, winterization, trailer, and sailboat task packs, and enable optional local reminders. Record completed work with date, operating hours, cost, notes, parts, and photo or receipt proof. Turn a failed departure check into a photo-backed issue. Owner-set no-go warnings remain visible until the problem is resolved into permanent service history. RUN THE TRIP Complete WakeKeep’s standard pre-departure checks and add the checks unique to your boat—such as seacocks, shore power, tender, rigging, or trailer. Boat-specific checks are preserved in portable backups. The guided voyage starts only after today’s checks are complete and owner-marked no-go issues are cleared. Share a float plan with a responsible person ashore, keep the expected return visible, revise it if delayed, receive an optional local reminder, and prepare a safely-back message. WakeKeep does not monitor or navigate the trip. Log live or past trips with route, crew, distance, fuel used, and engine hours. Record fill-ups and review annual distance, underway time, fuel price, maintenance spend, and operating cost per nautical mile. KEEP THE OWNERSHIP RECORD Store insurance, registration, certificates, manuals, and receipts in the local Boat Vault with document-expiry status. Track onboard spares by part number, quantity, and locker with low-stock flags. Export a shareable Boat Passport PDF for a mechanic, buyer, insurer, or your own records. Create a complete portable WakeKeep backup, including local attachments, and restore it later after reviewing the summary. Four offline tools estimate fuel range after reserve, anchor rode, usable battery runtime, and common marine coordinate formats. Available in English, Norwegian Bokmål, German, and French. Generic intervals and extracted manual text are organizational aids, not verified maintenance instructions. Always confirm schedules, parts, procedures, operating conditions, and safety requirements against the exact current manufacturer documentation and qualified marine professionals.

Custom checks join the daily list, survive backup and restore, and feed a clearer guided-voyage readiness gate. Incomplete checks or an owner-marked no-go issue prevent the guided start. This update also improves unknown engine-hour handling, equipment links, work preparation, backup health, hull-ID capture, and owner feedback. WakeKeep's interface and local notifications are now available in English, Norwegian Bokmål, German, and French.
